Yoga was originally taught one-on-one with the benefit
of tailoring the practice to the individual mind,
body and spirit. I offer individual yoga sessions
with these benefits in mind. These sessions can be
tailored to your specific needs, whether that is creating
a home practice, working therapeutically to help bring
equilibrium back to the body, or simply the benefit
of having individualized instruction.
I have available hours
at Seattle Yoga Arts on Tuesdays 10am-12noon, Wednesdays
12-3pm, Thursdays 10am-12noon. If you want me to come
to your office or house please add an additional $10
for my travel expenses.
Private instruction fees are:
$90 per hour
$120 per hour & a half
"Rainey is a
remarkable teacher with the right mix of interpersonal
qualities, experience and technical knowledge. She
knows her stuff. She knows how to teach it (specifically
how to tap into each student's needs and learning
style). She's perceptive and has a good eye; one gets
to bask in the light and warmth of her patient, unflagging
attention."
